Business model and pricing
Proteus is an open-source kit plus a paid ASKA service. The kit is free under Apache-2.0. ASKA charges for hands-on setup and ongoing service inside your environment.
Setup, deployment, and training
$9,300 USD, one time
You provide the local hardware. Onsite setup is available.
Ongoing service
$540 USD per month
It covers monthly kit upgrades, an AI newsletter, model retuning and recommendations, quarterly recalibration and service review, bug fixing and troubleshooting, config and prompt tuning, backup guidance, and hygiene checks.
Hardware supplied by ASKA is quoted separately. No hardware figure is published.
